Sarah is the founder of Blair and Blythe in Westwood, KS. With many years in interior decorating experience, with more recently focusing on full-scale design, garnering a reputation for approachable luxury as she specializes in full-scale room transformations, bathrooms, and living rooms. Her work blends mature playfulness with bold colors, layered textures, and elevated materials to create richly considered, livable interiors.
Sarah's design process is client-centered from concept to completion for your project. Her bespoke solutions and thought curations of design and decorating has gained attention of local and national brands such as Schumacher, Phillip Jeffries, and World's Away. Maggie Knopke, Designer

Drawing inspiration from her extensive knowledge of design, her commitment to the beauty of Kansas City’s charm, and, most importantly, her clients’ individual stories, Maggie transforms spaces into homes that truly fit.
Before becoming a designer, Maggie was an English teacher—a background that fuels her passion for storytelling. She believes that every client and home has a story to tell, and she thoughtfully weaves these narratives into each design.
