In instances of order discrepancy or damaged merchandise upon shipment arrival, notify us at once to start the order claim process by submitting an email to support@blairandblythe.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. No claims will be submitted/allowed on merchandise more than 14 days after receipt of shipment delivery.

Lead times are subject to change without notice - all fine china and porcelain orders will be followed with an email from our support@blairandblythe.com account with details on order, shipping address, order policies, and expected lead times. Verification of this email and information within this email is required to process any orders.
